"As for the graffiti, I make sure not to do paint overs. I think it's a horrible way to get rid of the graffiti, and it ruins nice brick and stucco finishes. I use biodegradable chemicals that pull the paint off of the metal or masonry and then power wash which leaves it as good as new," says Cleary.
