We'll be hanging out at 2568-70 Collins Street from noon until 2pm, with fresh soft pretzels and delicious beer as you tour our 2 Impressive New Construction Homes in the Fishtown/East Kensington neighborhood. Enjoy a taste of the neighborhood, knowing that there's a soft pretzel factory on nearby Frankford Avenue and an amazing local brewery just a few blocks away! Afterwards, we'll head over to Philadelphia Brewing Company at 2439 Amber Street for a tour to see where our favorite local beer is made.
