Graceful Gardens and Livable Landscapes in Northern Liberties

It's never too late to find your green thumb, but May sounds pretty good for City Planter workshops. On Sunday, May 16, join gardening pro Grace Wicks of Graceful Gardens for a veggie and herb-growing tutorial. You'll go home with a mini garden of your own and the knowledge to keep it going.  The class will run from 10:30-12:30 and will cost $20 for materials.

On Saturday, May 29th, learn how to nurture a container garden year-round with Maria Hasenecz of Livable Landscapes.  This residential landscape designer knows how to keep it low-maintenance and she'll help you find the plants that will work right with your space. Just bring in some photos of your outdoor setup and she'll give you some advice on where to go from there. There is no fee for this class. Just amazing insight.
